Aim: To test the Medical Appraisal Guide on behalf of clinical academic doctors working in England.

Sample of Doctors in Pilot: The trust will deliver 20 appraisals involving Academic Consultants between 1 October and 23 December 2011.  The trust aims to recruit up to 30 appraisees to achieve this.
