About the RSTDoctors in training pilot
Pilot 6 Postgraduate Deanery for Kent, Surrey and Sussex
Leading on behalf of all 14 deaneries in England
Aim: This pilot will not be testing the Medical Appraisal Guide but will develop proposals for the enhancement of the current Annual Review of Competence Progression process to support revalidation and how the responsible officer can be have sufficient information to inform a recommendation to the GMC.
Sample of doctors
From those doctors undertaking ARCP/RITA in the second half of 2011, to provide testing of proposed Deanery revalidation processes in a full range of specialties across different Deanery settings.
